Salary Range: 30k-40k
Responsible for conducting sales activities for hardware or software solutions and services which include among others: prospecting and managing corporate accounts,developingand implementingsales objectivesand strategies, achieving assigned monthly sales quota and extensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industry. Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship thru regular client visits,attending tosales callona business-like manner and proper presentation of solutions to address the needs of the clients/customers.
Sales Development
- Generate leads through these lead channels: cold calls, industry research,networkand social media toidentifynewprospectclients.
- Develops,buildsandmanagenew businessdeals.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
- Responsibleforidentifyingmarket opportunitiesfor business growth.
Sales Management
- Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements,modifyingservices offered totailor tocustomerneedsand promoting company solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
- Communicate with Technical Solution, ITTSU, Project Management team for seamless execution such as installation of software/ hardwaresolutions.
- Analyzes salesstatistics/reports that can be used as a reference in reviewing the past sales performance and predict future sales performance.
- Submits a complete andaccuratesales report / account statusin a timely mannerreflecting the sales pipeline and makesappropriate recommendationsto improve overall sales performance.
- Escalate andrecommendsappropriate action/interventionto all delinquent accounts.
- Providessales service improvement efforts
- Attends trade shows or product launch for possibleadditionalclients/ customers in the market.
Customer Service
- Provides specific details on client requirements to customer servicerepresentativefor preparation of proposals or product quotation to active and prospective accounts.
- Establishes andmaintainsgood relationship to customers by meeting customersrequirements,assessescustomersmet and unmet needs, and recommends solutions thatoptimizevalue and expectations that arereasonably withinthe Company's customer relationship principles.
- Respondsand/or resolve client's queries and other issues with guidanceofSenior Systems Sales Consultant and Business Development Officer / Manager/ Department Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Product Sales
- Proven experience in direct selling, B2B sales, or consultative sales
- Industry experience in AEC, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technical Sales is highly preferred
