Perform key accounts management of opportunities and contracted products and services of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Key accounts development and management
- Pricing and Margins/Profitability analysis of accounts
- Ensures timely delivery of services to the client
- Ensures on time billing and collection
- Customer service and responsible in making the end-users happy and that an opportunity to upsell is achieved
- Leverage strong telecommunications industry knowledge to support account strategies
Minimum Qualifications (education & Background)
- At least 5-8 years experience in Key Accounts Management for sales and operations.
- Preference for Key Accounts Management experience with telecommunication industry
- College degree of any Business Management related course
