Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Pasig. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to specifications, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in inventory and stock management. Other responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen team and ensuring timely preparation of meals during service hours.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion control standards, and plating guidelines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in the food service industry or as a line cook is preferred
  • Culinary certification or related training is a plus
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards maintaining kitchen efficiency
