Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
  • Passionate about cooking and willing to learn
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Fast, accurate, and consistent during service
  • Open to training, coaching, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food at assigned stations (noodle, wok, garnish, prep, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency in portioning, plating, and timing of dishes
  • Assist with prep work, cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen needs
  • Follow standard recipes, safety guidelines, and kitchen protocols
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
