Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor who will take the lead in overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing a team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, billing, and disbursements.

This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, strengthening, internal controls, improving accounting processes, and providing reliable financial insights to support management decisions.

What You'll Do

-Lead and supervise daily operations of the accounting team

-Review, verify, and approve financial transactions and supporting documentation

-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)

-Monitor and analyze financial activities including receivables, payables, expenses, and revenues

-Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies

-Ensure accuracy of billing, costing and recording of transactions

-Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements (BIR)

-Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and auditors

-Mentor, train and support accounting staff for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, licensed CPA is an advantage

-2 to 5 years supervisory expetience in accounting/finance

-Experience in logistics or freight forwarding or manpower/recruitment or related industries is an advantage

-Strong knowledge in financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance

-Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-Can start immediately
