Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila. This role involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, managing accounting software, and providing leadership to the accounting team. The Accounting Supervisor will perform budget management, handle payroll processing, and support audits to ensure accurate financial practices within the organization.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and identifying trends
• Experience with Accounting Software to efficiently manage accounting operations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar role
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills to present financial data effectively
