Job Description

The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager leads and executes financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, valuation, and other transaction-related advisory engagements for both local and international clients. This role is ideal for professionals seeking to grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt
  • Manage valuation engagements and related financial analyses
  • Support clients across all stages of transactions, including target assessment, negotiation, and post-deal integration
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and potential deal issues
  • Work closely with clients and their legal, tax, and operational advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior associates to ensure quality outputs and timely delivery
  • Provide performance feedback and complete staff evaluations, including Performance Review Reports (PRRs)
  • Participate in annual performance reviews and talent development discussions
  • Support business development activities such as proposal preparation, client presentations, and firm events
  • Prepare and review financial due diligence reports and client-facing presentations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, M&A activity, and regulatory developments affecting transactions

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • CFA designation is preferred
  • At least [X] years of combined experience in transaction advisory, audit, financial due diligence, or corporate finance
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm is required
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS); IFRS exposure is an advantage
  • Experience in financial modeling is a plus
