Role Description

The Account Officer (AM-VP level) under Investment Banking Group will be responsible for the direction, management, supervision and marketing of the company's investment banking services. Handle debt related transactions such as term loan financing, loan syndication, short term and long term commercial papers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial statements and core principles of Finance
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Deep understanding of 5 C's of credit and the ability to evaluate a borrower's repayment capacity
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess and manage financial data effectively
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and compliance standards
• Effective communication and relationship management skills to foster long-term client partnerships
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior relevant work experience in investment banking or financial services is required
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is an advantage
