We're Looking For:
Sysgen RPO is seeking a Technical Recruiter who will handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and Engineering positions, supporting clients based in either the United States or Australia depending on business needs and your experience.
This is a 100% remote, full-time role that offers exposure to international markets, professional development, and long-term career growth within a supportive global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams across US or AU time zones.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen, qualify, and present candidates with strong technical and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and assist in offer discussions.
- Keep accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS or CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
- Proven experience supporting either US or AU-based clients.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and technical hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to work in US or AU shifts depending on client assignment.
