Job Description

The Technical Recruiter position will be responsible for implementing the recruitment, selection and placement process for technical positions, to successfully place most qualified individuals, from both external and internal sources to fill up job vacancies within the allotted time frame. He/She ensures the proper documentation of new hires and their proper endorsement to the requisitioning department or division.

This position directly reports to the Recruitment Manager as an individual contributor and does not have any direct report.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the managers and recruiters to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for Technical roles, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
  • Partner with recruiting team and manager to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcemen

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years technical recruiting experience
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Possess good time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Can work 2-3x a week onsite
