JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in U.S.-based recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across multiple domains including software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
This role requires deep sourcing expertise, strong communication with U.S. stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch candidate and client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and technical requirements
- Source, screen, and qualify top technical talent using advanced tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates for current and future roles
- Collaborate closely with internal account managers, delivery teams, and U.S. clients to ensure seamless hiring processes
- Track and report recruitment metrics (submit-to-interview ratios, time-to-fill, etc.) to improve efficiency
- Stay updated on technology trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics within the U.S. tech industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience focused on U.S.-based roles (corporate or agency)
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring processes, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.)
- Proven success sourcing for technical roles: Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, QA, etc
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with modern ATS/CRM tools and recruiting automation platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience working with U.S. staffing firms or global delivery teams
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise
- Knowledge of U.S. time zones, hiring trends, and remote talent markets
