Smoothstack is seeking a Tech Recruiter located in the Philippines. This is a 100% remote position, and you will work US eastern standard hours and at times flex hours for client delivery needs.

In this role, you will perform full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing, interviewing, and placing the candidates into our internal or external requisitions.
While the exact responsibilities will vary from time to time, the main duties are listed below:
- Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, our database and other industry leading recruiting tools and Job boards, to find and attract the very best IT candidates.
- Conduct high-validity technical screenings.
- Work with recruiting lead/manager to fill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire IT positions with both our internal and external clients.
- Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, and closing the deal.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
- Utilize applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor progress and activity.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong sourcing skills (utilizing Boolean search logic and online job boards, networking, research)
- Familiarity with engineering principles and SDLC
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with 2-3 clients
- Experience in Greenhouse, RecruitCRM, Gem, Bullhorn or Salesforce is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
- 2+ years of technical recruiting, both front and back-end technologies
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies
Possible KPIs and Expectations:
- Time-to-Fill: Average of 30 days or less per technical role.
- Candidate Pipeline: Maintain at least 3 qualified candidates per open role.
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Target 3:1 or better
