Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 45,000 per month

About the Role

Satellite Teams is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing client base. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and clients alike. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, facilitating interviews, and helping our clients build high-performing teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, excels at communication, and has a passion for connecting the right people to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to job offer.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team culture.
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and job postings aligned with client expectations.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, internal database, etc.).
  • Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and behavioral interviews.
  • Facilitate client interviews, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Provide candidate recommendations and insights to hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Client & Candidate Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Offer guidance to clients on talent market trends, salary ranges, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear expectations.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data tracking in the ATS.

Administrative & Process Support

  • Prepare candidate highlights and client-ready summaries.
  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements as needed.
  • Support onboarding processes as required.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 24 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing, BPO, or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles or international clients.
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping).
  • Familiarity with competency-based and behavioral interviewing.
  • Background in drafting job descriptions and client updates.
