What You'll Do

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment: job evaluation, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding
  • Use Boolean search, Universal Search method and direct sourcing via jobboards (LinkedIn Corporate account, SEEK, Jobstreet, etc.), to map and build a robust active and passive talent pipeline
  • Update, maintain and maximize current ATS functionality and data accuracy
  • Educate and consult hiring managers and ensure exceptional candidate care and experience.
  • Contribute to strengthening EVP and employer branding
  • Track and optimize key metrics: time-to-hire, quality, and cost
  • Support TA projects, reporting, and meet SLAs, KPIs, and performance goals

Key Criteria


  • 2 to 3 years of recruitment or talent attraction experience in a best-practice and multinational environment , either in agencies or internal corporates
  • Intermediate level of Systems & Software experience HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing/ reporting, Excel & PowerPoint
  • An effective communicator, problem solver, influencer and strategic thinker
  • Experience in an end-to-end recruitment cycle, especially in APAC/ ANZ is highly regarded
  • Exposure to the healthcare or medical devices industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience in using PageUp and LinkedIn Corporate license is highly regarded

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
