We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Paraaque. The role is responsible for sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we hire the best talent to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year recruitment or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.
