We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist I (Makati Hybrid)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our client's HR team, supporting their recruitment and onboarding operations while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires.

In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help strengthen the overall HR function through efficient processes and quality hires.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition (45%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers

Source talent through job platforms, networks, and school partnerships

Conduct initial interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments

Lead intake/realignment meetings to align on hiring needs and requirements

Prepare job offers and employment contracts

Pre-Hiring & Onboarding (55%)

Ensure all pre-employment requirements and documentation are complete and accurate

Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Oversee background checks and proficiency assessments

Assist with HR policy updates and special projects as needed Key Success Measures

Achieving time-to-fill targets

Improving quality of hires and retention

Accurate and timely onboarding documentation

100% completion of background checks before start dates

Successful and well-coordinated first-day orientation

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

12 years of recruitment experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Skilled in sourcing, screening, and maintaining talent pools

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Work Setup

Location: Makati (Hybrid 3x/week Tues-Thurs) Non-Negotiable

Schedule: 8/9 AM 5/6 PM Eastern
