Continuous Improvement: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sustainability progress and spearhead initiatives for operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Manager role or an extensive tenure as a Manager within a complex corporate environment.
Professional Pedigree: Experience within a Big 4 professional services firm is highly preferred.
Educational/Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; a CPA license is considered a distinct advantage for overseeing ESG reporting.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep expertise in environmental sustainability, specifically focused on ecological impact, carbon accounting, and resource management rather than social governance.
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of influencing C-level executives and leading strategic, high-stakes initiatives.
Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
