Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for the companys vacant job roles, identifying and selecting the right candidate best fit for the job.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment. Preferably experience in Construction Industry.
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
GENERAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Team.
- Coordinates manpower-related concerns such as requisition of manpower, deployment process and requirements, entry schedules, and site entry protocols.
- Facilitates end to end Recruitment Process for Staff and Admin Worker hirings (sourcing to onboarding).
- Assisting newly hired employees with their Payroll Account Enrollment.
- Facilitates notice to transfer process.
- Prepares 201 Files of newly hired Staff and Admin Workers.
- Monitors and assists newly hired employees site entry on their scheduled deployment date.
- Coordinates with Site regarding site exits and re-entry endorsements.
- Coordinates list of staff and workers for Pre-Employment and Renewal of Medical Exam at BT Diagnostic Clinic.
- Attends Local Recruitment Activities such as job fairs and in-house hirings.
- Prepares and updates recruitment vacancies report, deployment reports, and notice to transfer reports.
- Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
