We are now seeking a ESG Data Analyst to be based in our Makati City office.
Role Overview
- We are seeking an ESG Data Analyst to join our global sustainability team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology buildings and commercial developments, supporting the company's ESG strategy across all offices worldwide.
- The successful candidate will take a lead role in collecting, analysing, and reporting ESG data, supporting ISO management systems, and driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance. You will also collaborate with internal teams and influence external partners within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as author and coordinator of the annual ESG report
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse ESG data from all RED global activities
- Analyse RED's carbon footprint and identify opportunities for reduction
- Prepare and submit quarterly ISO reports
- Review, quality‑check (QA/QC), and validate sustainability‑related data and documentation
- Lead RED's Sustainability Induction, mandatory for all employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, data analysis, or environmental management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ESG data and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting
- Proven ability to analyse datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Good understanding of current ESG and sustainability trends, frameworks, and regulatory developments
- Experience or familiarity with EcoVadis or similar sustainability assessment platforms
- Background or exposure to construction, engineering, or the built environment
