This position will support a variety of clients by managing day-to-day accounting

operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal

candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client

environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts payable process for multiple clients including invoice

coding, entry, approval workflows, and payments.

Maintain vendor records, verify W-9s, and assist with 1099 preparation.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies promptly.

Assist with posting of bank and credit card transactions

Assist with month-end and year-end close

Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Collaborate with senior accountants and client managers to improve efficiency and

workflow processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and general ledger

accounting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Bill.com,

and Corpay (or similar).

Must be proficient with all Excel functions. Pivot tables, VLookups, etc

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-starter with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
