We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Dispatcher / Operations Support Specialist based in the Philippines to support our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
- Background in BPO / Customer Service
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Monitor drivers and delivery routes in real-time
- Communicate with drivers via phone, chat, and dispatch systems (Spanish & English)
- Handle issues such as delays, attendance, and route concerns
- Escalate urgent issues to Operations/Dispatch Managers
- Track delivery status and ensure completion of routes
- Maintain accurate reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Document incidents and operational updates
