About The Job
Monitoring and managing the company assists to ensure assets are properly accounted for.
What You Will Do
- Management of IT inventory and flow of the equipment to different sites.
- Participate in regular inventory audits.
- Updates the respective records and ensures accuracy of data.
- Ensures assets are properly labeled/tagged.
- Receives delivery of purchased IT equipment.
- Liaise with other company departments to build and maintain relationships.
- Thoroughly checks all received IT related items for good working condition.
- Ensures tickets are addressed within the given SLA.
- Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the storage.
- Accountable mainly for maintaining the optimal level of equipment on stock, for timely ordering of supplies, and for keeping the inventory records up to date.
- Provide reports as needed.

- Create/prepare reports and daily dashboards.
- Reconciliation of data to verify accuracy.
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or IT related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Asset Management.
- Proficient on using formulas and functions in MS Excel.
- Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Experience in analysis with an emphasis in logistics and/or forecasting/planning.
What Can Set You Apart
- Working knowledge of SAP suite is a plus
- Knowledge in IT Asset Management Tool.
