Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow

our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong skills in

content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking, with a solid understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (captions, graphics, reels, short-form videos)
• Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports
• Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Basic knowledge of analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid ads / boosting
• Background in influencer or KOL marketing
• Experience in fast-paced or digital-driven industries
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 8 hours per day
• Day shift / shifting schedule (if required)
