ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support projects focused on creating seamless, integrated digital workflows and improving the overall employee experience.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Build and enhance workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Develop solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to streamline employee services across HR, IT, and other business functions
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and Agile/Scrum activities
• Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
• Hands-on experience with HRSD, ITSM, and/or Employee Center
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and digital workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow CSA or other ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with Employee Journey Management
• Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Understanding of enterprise application UX principles
• Backend development experience with C#, .NET, SQL, or Cloud Run
