• Work Set-up: Hybrid: 2 WFH & 3 RTO
• Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
• Shift Schedule:Dayshift (8am-5pm)
• Salary Offer: up to Php 131,000 (TBD)

Summary:

The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow ITSM development experience, sound knowledge of ITIL practices, hands-on exposure to CSDM and CMDB governance, and the ability to deliver effective workflow automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development.
• Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 best practices.
• Experience in configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB structure, and data modeling concepts.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
• Good understanding of CMDB governance and service mapping.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.
