ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developers to provide both functional and technical expertise in the planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.

You'll work in an Agile environment, supporting multiple ServiceNow projects of varying scope and complexity while developing scalable solutions and driving automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications
• Provide functional and technical expertise across ServiceNow products
• Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution estimates
• Design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions
• Develop application code based on user stories and requirements
• Translate business requirements into testable and scalable solutions
• Apply automation and innovative solutions to improve processes
• Support multiple projects and deliver outputs within agreed timelines
• Identify and resolve issues and incidents across the ServiceNow platform
• Perform impact analysis and testing for patches and platform upgrades
• Follow software engineering best practices and ITIL methodology
• Proactively identify risks and issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare required technical documentation and project deliverables

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow development or architecture
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its product lines, including one or more of:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• IRM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• SPM
• Strong development, configuration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Any ServiceNow certification
• ITIL knowledge or certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI)
• Systems engineering or software development background
• Strong interest in automation and continuous improvement
