Junior/Mid-level ServiceNow Developer

Description

We are seeking a Junior/Mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow development and be able to customize and enhance the platform to meet our organizational needs. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the platform operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to understand the needs of the business.
• Implement ServiceNow modules and features including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Support integration with third-party applications and services using APIs and other tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and user satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM/CSM.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with MySQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
• Ability to write and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies in ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
