Role
In this role, your mission is to be a strategic talent partner, bridging the gap between exceptional candidates and our clients&apos success. You will make a direct impact by:
- Leading full-cycle recruitment to deliver a world-class experience for candidates and clients alike.
- Joining strategic pre-sales calls to showcase GoTeam&aposs talent solutions and help drive business growth.
- Deploying creative reverse marketing strategies to attract and engage top-tier passive candidates.
- Providing data-driven market intelligence that empowers clients to make smarter hiring decisions.
This Role Is for You If
Experience
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, BPO, or consulting environment.
Technical Skills
- You&aposre fluent in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcing.
Non-Negotiables
- You have demonstrated experience in client engagement and influencing stakeholders.
- You have proven expertise in reverse marketing and sourcing passive candidates.
- You are available for a night shift schedule (10 PM7 AM PH Time) and are based in Cebu.
Bonus Points
- You have experience in pre-sales or client-facing business development.
- You&aposre experienced with or excited to learn AI tools for recruitment.
