Your Role
As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment and partner closely with engineering and people leaders to design and execute strategies that attract top technical talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across all technology roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Devise and execute proactive lead-generation initiatives (e.g., events, referrals, social media, university outreach) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Create, publish, and monitor job postings through ATS and external boards, optimizing descriptions based on performance metrics.
- Design and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics) to provide insights to hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Analyze hiring data to forecast needs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and headhunters for niche or hard-to-fill roles, including negotiation and performance tracking.
- Oversee and mentor contract or project-based recruiters by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and ensuring recruitment SLAs are met.
- Partner with engineering leaders as a trusted advisorshaping requisitions, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of the hiring process and deliver timely improvements.
- Support process improvements and automation by integrating business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards.
- Contribute to executing broader strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in the tech industry, including 2+ years focused on SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineering roles.
- Proven ability to source and close senior to principal-level technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing lead-generation programs to proactively build strong candidate pipelines.
- Experience managing external agencies and mentoring contract recruiters.
- Working knowledge of modern engineering practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code tools, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled in creating and interpreting recruitment metrics and reports to inform hiring strategies.
- Proficient with major ATS platforms (e.g., Homerun, Lever, Workday) for job postings and candidate workflow management.
