Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Trainer at RE/MAX Philippines. Based in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility, the Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to enhance the performance and skills of the sales team. Responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment of training initiatives with business objectives. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with team managers to identify training needs and develop tailored strategies to support the continuous improvement of sales professionals.
