Capability Development Officer

The Capability Development Officer will manage and facilitate the talent development initiatives of the association for the Philippine IT & software industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage academe-industry partnerships and linkages to develop and implement talent development programs.
• Organize and regulate the PSIA signature program called the Enablement Seminar Series.
• Facilitate the implementation of national training and skills standardization initiatives by the association.
• Participate in collaboration efforts by the government and other partners in updating current IT curricula, training regulations, certification programs, and other works pertinent to Capability Building.
• Coordinates with other industry associations and private sector organizations in conducting talent development programs.

Qualifications

Great communication and interpersonal relations skills needed for coordination and collaboration are an advantage. Preferably with sufficient knowledge about the IT & software industry and in-depth experience in project management, especially for talent and capability development programs.
