Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner role located in BGC, Taguig. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with management to align human resources practices to business objectives and drive organizational performance. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, overseeing employee relations, managing labor compliance, and guiding performance management processes. The HR Business Partner ensures legal compliance, supports talent development, and acts as a strategic advisor to help foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Understanding and experience in Performance Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge and experience in talent development strategies
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) would be advantageous
