Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

• To support the development and execution of marketing collateral and programs for the business units of the COMPANY, its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or other related entities, including the monitoring the effectiveness of implemented collaterals and programs.

• To safeguard the brand by reviewing the marketing communications outputs of other departments for alignment with the Pioneer brand

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Development & Planning

Partner with business units to reach their goals, through any of the following types of projects

  • Design and management of marketing/sales collaterals, campaigns, events, press releases and other below-the-line efforts.
  • Development and/or presentation of market research, integrated insights and strategic planning requirements.

Keep abreast of relevant business, market, technology, industry trends and competitor developments to contribute in providing input to Business Units as well as the conceptualization of marketing/sales campaigns.

Execution

Undertake the execution and delivery of marketing requirements such as collaterals, videos, digital contents, promos, and events. As such, performs the following tasks:

  • Meet with client department to clarify/agree on the deliverables and timeline.
  • Prepare project brief, budget, job order
  • Coordinate with all project contributors and stakeholders, including external partners
  • Manage the outsourcing of services and supplies as needed
  • Secure sign-off from the client and documents approval.

Accountability

Monitor the accomplishments of agreed strategies and objectives within the set timetable and report them to the Marketing Accounts Lead Specialist. As such, perform the following tasks:

  • Prepare/present progress reports
  • Review all project outputs for accuracy/alignment with brand/project objectives
  • Following the end of the project, conduct a project evaluation, e.g. After Action Review (AAR), and prepare a closing report, e.g. AAR report
  • Conduct survey or other measurement tools (if needed) to measure effectiveness of project vis-à-vis project objectives and noting results as input for future marketing strategies that can be recommended to business units.

Guardianship of the Brand

  • Ensure alignment of the business units marketing communications with Pioneer brand statement or premise

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in business management, communication arts, mass communication, visual communications or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years combined experience in account/project management and corporate/marketing communications.
  • An experience in graphic design and events management would be an advantage.
