Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Manager based in Metro Manila. The Sales Training Manager will develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Responsibilities include designing training content, conducting sessions on sales techniques, coaching employees to improve their sales capabilities, and evaluating training effectiveness to optimize future programs. The role requires close collaboration with the sales leadership team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training methods
  • Experience in Training & Development, with the ability to design and implement effective programs
  • Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to support staff performance improvement
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and workshops
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or health and wellness industry is a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
