As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a skilled and driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth.

Job Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, developing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets for the company's event services. This role requires deep familiarity with the events industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to present and pitch creative event solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, agency, lifestyle, and brand sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead client presentations and pitch meetings for events, brand activations, and production projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored event solutions.
  • Ensure seamless handover and coordination with Operations, Creatives, and Production teams.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with project managers, event directors, and creative teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Provide insights on pricing, proposals, and market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of sales experience in event management, experiential marketing, PR/activation agency, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of event solutions, production processes, and brand activation workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
