Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan toensure strategic and financial targets are met;
Based on current partners and monitoring partners sales in &out and stock;
Responsible for driving sales and daily account managementactivities with Key Channel Partners;
Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data toindependently identify new sales opportunities within existingproduct ranges;
Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, SelectedDistribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channelcompensation scheme);
Organize partners, dealers and shop promoters to conductproduct training and examination according to the productlaunch rhythm;
Conduct market research, collect and analyze competitiveproduct information, price strategy and promotion activities,then analyze relevant countermeasures every month;
Responsible for formulating the marketing activity plan, andcarrying out the corresponding marketing activities inaccordance with the marketing activity plan.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three years of channel sales experience in fire alarm industry.
Proficient in business English and Tagalog, able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently;
Be able to independently carry out business development work and have strong market development and sales capabilities;
Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness;
