Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan toensure strategic and financial targets are met;
  • Based on current partners and monitoring partners sales in &out and stock;
  • Responsible for driving sales and daily account managementactivities with Key Channel Partners;
  • Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data toindependently identify new sales opportunities within existingproduct ranges;
  • Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, SelectedDistribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channelcompensation scheme);
  • Organize partners, dealers and shop promoters to conductproduct training and examination according to the productlaunch rhythm;
  • Conduct market research, collect and analyze competitiveproduct information, price strategy and promotion activities,then analyze relevant countermeasures every month;
  • Responsible for formulating the marketing activity plan, andcarrying out the corresponding marketing activities inaccordance with the marketing activity plan.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years of channel sales experience in fire alarm industry.
  • Proficient in business English and Tagalog, able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently;
  • Be able to independently carry out business development work and have strong market development and sales capabilities;
  • Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness;
  • Able to adapt to business trips
