Job Description

Rua Seguridad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in the construction or FMCG industry, and solid experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.

  • Set and monitor sales targets per branch, ensuring consistent growth across regions
  • Set revenue targets for each channel and category, developing strategic plans to achieve them
  • Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category
  • Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories
  • Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide
  • Drive and optimize inbound marketing efforts to convert leads into revenue
  • Track and analyze inbound sales performance and customer acquisition through online platforms
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Oversee website performance, content strategy, and digital brand presence
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills, performance, and accountability
  • Use data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and customer behavior, applying insights to strategy
  • Continuously monitor marketing and sales KPIs, with special focus on digital metrics and branch performance
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and management, with measurable impact on sales
  • Strong track record in inbound marketing and online sales platforms
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction materials or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Willing to conduct site visits nationwide
  • Open to working in West Avenue, Quezon City
