Clinic and Sales Manager to oversee branch operations
and drive sales growth. This role ensures smooth clinic operations, exceptional
customer experiences, and achievement of business targets while leading and
mentoring clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Drive branch sales performance, develop strategies to attract and retain clients, and monitor revenue metrics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to foster high performance and engagement.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and operational efficiency.
- Address client concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with management to align branch goals with company objectives and implement growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sales, or related field.
- 35 years experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record in team management and achieving operational and sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; customer-focused and results-driven.
