We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Manager to help us grow and strengthen partnerships across multiple ventures. In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales journey. You'll work closely with the CEO, presenting solutions that fit client needs while representing our business with professionalism and warmth.
What You'll Do
Proactively source and qualify new B2B leads through outreach and networking
Conduct engaging discovery calls and deliver clear, compelling presentations
Develop tailored proposals and manage negotiations through to close
Collaborate with the CEO to finalize terms and ensure winwin agreements
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to grow client value over time
Track pipeline progress, monitor KPIs, and consistently work toward revenue goals
Represent the CEO in select meetings and foster strong client connections
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
What We're Looking For
2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development
Experience in contract signing to closed deals
Candidates with experience in outsourcing or agency settings will be highly prioritized
Demonstrated ability to pitch, negotiate, and close with confidence
Strong communication skillsable to listen, connect, and present effectively
Organized, reliable, and proactive in following through
Comfortable using CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
Background in real estate, marketing, or agency sales preferred
This position centers on supporting programs and clients focused on women's initiatives
