In This Role You Will
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
The candidate will be working in Philippines and will gain experience of transformed travel technology and the exposure of working closely with the APAC Leadership team as well as our offices in the APAC region.

Key elements to this role include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
- Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with key travel trade partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesalers
- Drive sales performance by negotiating competitive deals and promoting WebBeds product offerings
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including contracting, marketing, and operations, to optimize client satisfaction and service delivery
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
- Represent WebBeds at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or B2B distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry and online booking platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
