Staffing Growth Lead
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Compensation: USD 1,500 2,000/month (Net) + Competitive Commissions
Overview:
We're expanding our client engagement and business development operations and we're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Associate to help us grow our reach and client relationships across the U.S. market.
The Opportunity
As a Staffing Growth Lead, you'll play a key role in building Summit 360's client pipeline. You'll identify prospects, conduct outreach through calls and digital channels, and book discovery meetings for our leadership team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, understands client relationship building, and is eager to work with a fast-growing international team in the renewable energy and professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through online tools, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support sales goals.
- Nurture leads through personalized communication and regular engagement.
Sales Development & Client Engagement
- Support the sales team in converting leads into active opportunities.
- Prepare and update client information, meeting notes, and deal stages within the CRM.
- Coordinate discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to senior team members.
- Assist in drafting proposals and maintaining client communication post-introduction.
CRM & Reporting
- Manage all outreach and interactions using HubSpot CRM (preferred).
- Track metrics, call outcomes, and conversion rates to ensure performance visibility.
- Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports to the Sales & Partnerships Manager.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or business development, preferably in a staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring environment.
- Proven success in booking meetings or discovery calls with U.S.-based clients and hiring decision makers.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, professional phone presence.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Excellent English fluency and understanding of U.S. business culture.
Preferred:
- Experience in staffing, agency start-ups, or professional services industries.
- Background working with remote or distributed teams and global clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
