Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and Executives
- Execute regional sales strategies to achieve unit and gross margin targets
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee pricing, forecasting, and contract preparation
- Ensure full customer satisfaction across pre-sales and after-sales stages
- Monitor market trends and emerging industries across Mindanao
- Drive operational improvements through performance reports and analytics
Industry: Industrial / Heavy Equipment
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in industrial or heavy machinery sales
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Based in Davao City and willing to travel within Mindanao
- Valid drivers license required
