Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, identify and engage prospective clients, and build strong relationships to support revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client prospecting and account management
- Team Management and Leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking capabilities to develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the real estate market and an understanding of sustainable development trends is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling multi-stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
