About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you'll lead and grow our sales efforts by building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and guiding a high-performing team. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Strong existing relationships within relevant industries and the ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers.
- Proven track record of generating opportunities through professional networks, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, business owners, and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing and growing a sales pipeline with a proactive, strategic approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and confident working in dynamic environments.
