The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the hotel as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire hotel management process from pre-opening to full operation.
- Drive business growth and profitability through excellent financial and operational management capabilities.
- Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards for each department.
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing hotel team.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with various stakeholders and reporting to senior management.
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliant operations, risk management, and service quality assurance.
- Identify and promote business development opportunities to improve overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of management experience at the hotel general manager or CEO level.
- Experience managing the entire process from the pre-opening stage (including construction and preparation) to opening and daily operations.
- Experience in luxury hotels and spas; prior experience in the Philippines is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel, resort, or condo hotel operations management.
- Experience in successfully increasing revenue, controlling costs, and expanding operations.
- Strong network within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Willingness to work overseas and in the Philippines.
