Digital Marketing and Sales Manager
As our first Digital Marketing & Sales Manager on the ground, you will be the engine of our growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and be the expert voice that connects our digital solutions to the needs of businesses in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and hunt for new clients (SMEs, K-brands, local enterprises) who need our services (Web, Marketing, SNS).
- Understand client needs and propose customized digital solutions that solve their business problems
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact and proposal writing to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with our Korean PM and local delivery team (developers, marketers) to ensure client success.
- Utilize your local network and market knowledge to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets based on our business plan.
