Job Description

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology or related field.
  • With 1-2 years proven sales experience
  • Background in a Digital Marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions.
  • With understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and find solutions to issues.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select appropriate products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Customer Issues: Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
