- With 1-2 years proven sales experience
- Background in a Digital Marketing agency is an advantage.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- With understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet sales goals.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and find solutions to issues.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select appropriate products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere and contribute to team sales goals.
- Customer Issues: Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
