This season, Human Nature is looking for Customer Care Officers (Sales/Cashier Associate) who can bring warmth, energy, and excellent service to every customer who walks through our doors.

This isn't just about operating the cashier.

You'll be one of the faces of Human Nature helping customers discover products that fit their needs, answering their questions, processing their purchases accurately, and making sure they leave our stores with a positive experience of the brand.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Human Nature products

• Help customers learn more about our natural personal care, beauty, and home care products

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions

• Handle receipts, returns, exchanges, and other customer transactions

• Assist with dealership applications and dealer-related concerns

• Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate transaction records using SAP/POS systems

• Keep the checkout area and store environment organized and customer-ready

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, sales, or beauty advising

• Enjoy talking to people and helping them find what they need

• Are comfortable recommending products and explaining their benefits

• Can handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly

• Are dependable, organized, attentive, and trustworthy

• Work well with a team and thrive in a customer-facing environment

• Have an interest in beauty, personal care, wellness, or natural products

• Are willing to be assigned to Glorietta (Makati), Ayala Feliz and TriNoma

Experience with SAP or other POS systems is an advantage.
