Job Roles and Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their banking and loan-related needs.

Handle basic branch transactions and respond to customer inquiries.

Explain available loan products, services, and requirements to customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products and services.

Assist customers with the account opening and application process.

Build relationships with potential customers through fieldwork, direct engagement, and community outreach.

Coordinate with business partners to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Communicate effectively with branch leaders, customers, and community members.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Branch Head or Cooperative Team Leader.

Job Qualifications

College level or graduate; preferably with a business-related course.

Experience in sales, fieldwork, customer service, or account management is an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Willing to learn and adapt to company policies, procedures, and new processes.

Hardworking, goal-oriented, and a good team player.

Computer literate.

Willing to do fieldwork and meet potential customers.

Must have a motorcycle, a valid driver's license, and good driving skills.
